Reduced public spending means reduced funding. The 'funding fertile' days are over - what plans has your organisation developed to ensure you will flourish on stony ground?

This highly practical and interactive day of workshops masterclasses and networking will use your own real life challenges and provide you with a set of tools to flourish in a changed environment. The day will cover:

  • A New Approach to Fundraising - how to make money when there isn't any around!
  • The Early Warning Guide - how to read the danger signs and what to do about them
  • The Entrepreneurial Board - creating a strong and resourceful board that will thrive in the tough times ahead

Fiona Napier, Chair of Sunlight Development Trust, one of the UK's leading social enterprises will give her  unique perspective on managing risk, the story of Sunlight Development Trust and will be available to answer your questions and give her insight into your own challenges.

Places are free to rural community organisations and social enterprises in the South West and are strictly limited. Places are available to those whose job it is to support rural social and community organisations (including Rural Community Councils and Local Authorities) at a cost. Please see details above. Invoices will follow booking.
